TSSI is proud to be working in conjunction with Regula to bring you a wide range of readers for machine readable documents.  The introduction of new ICAO 9303 and ISO 7501 standards on machine readable documents make it essential that readers should be able to read the machine readable data from a wide range of international documents such as e-Passports, ID cards, VISAs etc. However, reading the data is only part of the solution.  A reader must also be able to distinguish a genuine document from a counterfeit.

The full range of document readers is supported by functionally rich software that enables full control over how each document is read.  Once a document has been read, the software will automatically detect the type of document and (optionally) compare the "live" image with a database of genuine documents so that a quick and easy comparison is made.
